JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
As an OSC Executive, you will play a key role in supporting high‑volume data operations across hotel contracts, supplier information, and content management.
This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role focused on ensuring that all data is accurately created, maintained, and available in our systems to support business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs while meeting strict KPIs and service levels.
Job Responsibilities
Contract & Data Management
-
Review hotel contracts and modifications to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and compliant.

Upload and maintain contract data in internal systems, ensuring visibility and consistency.

Create and update supplier profiles, including commercial and fiscal details.

Maintain and update content related to contracts and suppliers.
Data Quality & Validation

Identify, track, and report errors in contracts and uploaded data.

Analyze incoming data and challenge discrepancies from an operational and commercial perspective.

Ensure all entries follow established processes and data standards.
Workflow & Performance
-
Manage daily workflow queues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of assigned tasks.

Consistently meet or exceed defined KPIs for productivity and quality.

Deliver work within strict service level agreements (SLAs) with high attention to detail.
Cross-Functional Support

Support Supplier Integration (SI) and SRC teams when required.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver accurate solutions.

Contribute to a high-performing service culture focused on quality and efficiency.

Ability to follow structured processes while applying analytical thinking when exceptions occur.

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines in high-volume environments.

Flexibility to switch between tasks and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.

Strong communication and internal stakeholder management skills.
Required Tech Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) for data handling and tracking.

Ability to work with internal systems and data entry platforms.

Experience handling structured data and workflows in high-volume environments.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Previous experience in data entry, operations, finance support, or similar roles.

Experience in the travel industry is a plus.

Basic or intermediate English (written mainly).

Experience working with high-volume, KPI-driven environments preferred.
