About the role
The Change Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) in Oracle Agile /IFS PLM, ensuring accuracy across product data, work instructions, and process flows. This role is critical in supporting new product introductions (NPI), sustaining engineering activities, and managing the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process for manufacturing, design, and new projects. The Change Manager ensures that all documentation and configurations are aligned with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- BOM Management: Create, update, and maintain BOMs in Oracle Agile/IFS for all product lines at LMM.
-Process Flow Documentation: Maintain accurate process flow charts and ensure alignment with production requirements.
-Change Control: Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Manufacturing Change Orders (MCOs), and Deviations in Oracle Agile.
-New Product Implementation: Support NPI projects by setting up BOMs, routing, and documentation for new products.
-PLM Oversight: Drive PLM processes across manufacturing, design, and new projects to ensure data integrity and lifecycle traceability.
-Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
-Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets ISO, regulatory, and company standards.
-IFS Transition Support – LMM: Lead and support the migration from Oracle Agile to IFS PLM at the LMM location, ensuring data accuracy, process continuity, and successful adoption of the new platform locally.
-Global Collaboration: Work closely with Change Manager peers in other regions to harmonize processes, share best practices, and drive a consistent global implementation of IFS PLM across the company.
What we are looking for
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Oracle Agile / IFS PLM or similar Product Lifecycle Management systems.
- Strong knowledge of BOM structures, ECO/MCO processes, NPI workflows, and PLM methodologies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing documentation and process flow mapping.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Strong communication skills for training and guiding teams on change processes and PLM best practices.
