We are currently seeking a People Operations & Talent Specialist for a company dedicated to providing legal services.
Objective
Support and enhance the employee lifecycle by driving Organizational Development, employee experience, talent management, and People processes that foster engagement, collaboration, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities, maintaining accurate HR records and providing day-to-day employee support.
- Administer employee benefits and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and documentation while supporting the implementation of new People initiatives.
- Coordinate learning, training, and Organizational Development programs that promote employee growth and engagement.
- Organize employee engagement activities and culture initiatives to strengthen collaboration and workplace experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain HR reporting and documentation to support People Talent operations and decision-making.
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Advanced English
- Experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Experience.
- Knowledge of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Experience coordinating employee engagement, learning, training, or organizational development initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR policies, compliance, and confidential employee records management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HRIS, ATS, or other HR management systems.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
