We are looking for a highly motivated finance professional to join our team. The role will support the financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes of the plant, with a strong focus on building structure, standardizing processes, and ensuring data consistency.
This role is critical in establishing a reliable and scalable FP&A foundation, enabling accurate forecasting and clear performance visibility

Reporting & Process Standardization:

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial reports

• Standardize:

Templates (Excel, Power BI)
Reporting formats
Data structures

• Ensure consistency across:

Actuals
Forecast
Budget

Forecasting Support

• Support preparation of:

Monthly forecasts
Annual budget inputs

• Consolidate data from:

Cost accounting
Operations

• Maintain and update forecast models

Variance Analysis

• Analyze:

Actual vs Forecast
Actual vs Prior Year

• Identify main drivers:

Volume
Cost
Efficiency

Data Management & Integrity

Extract and validate data from ERP (SAP or similar)
Ensure:

• Data accuracy

Reconciliation with accounting outputs

• Maintain clean datasets for reporting

Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with:

Cost Accountant
GL Accountant
Operations teams

• Support alignment of:

Financial and operational data

Continuous Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in:

Reporting
Data flows

• Propose improvements:

Automation
Simplification
Standardization

Technical Skills:

• Excel (mandatory):

Pivot tables
Basic formulas (lookup, sumifs)

• Basic understanding of:

Financial statements
Cost structure

• Knowledge of Power BI or ERP = strong plus
