Human Resource Generalist

Resumen

The Human Resource Generalist is responsible of control and oversee activities related to talent acquisition, payroll, compensation and benefits, labor relations, training, work environment, health and safety, and employee services. Ensure compliance with the policies and procedures established in the Internal Work Regulations (RIT) and Federal Labor Law (LFT). Manage and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of objectives set for the Human Resources department.

Tareas y responsabilidades

Activities:

• Support implementatios of HR programs and policies for Mubea cyclone in Mexico.
• Manage Full-Cycle recruitment(Job postings, screening, interviews, offers letters), Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
• Point of contact for employee relations matters.
• Support employee movements, absenteeism, performance managament, termination requests.
• Provide guidance to managres and employess on HR policies and procedures.
• Suppport workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.
• Manage employee leaves, incluiding status updates and return to work plans.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive and compliant work environment.

Estudios / Formación

Qualifications:

• Bachelor´ s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or related.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar positions on automotive industry or aviation industry is a plus.
• Knowledge on TRESS system and SAP.
• Advance english is a required.
• Knowledge on Recruitment and Selection, Labor realations, Payroll and Training.
• Knowledge on Mexican federal labor laws.
