We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Prime Finance Operations and Trade and Position Management Specialist
This new operations role has been created as part of the MSS operations support model for the Prime Finance Business supporting US Arranged Finance and Prime SWAP clients. The role will primarily be responsible for performing daily operational tasks in support of the Prime Finance Client Service Operations team based in NYC
Activitives
- Primary point of contact for Prime Finance Operations who require operational or investigative support across PB Cash and Prime SWAP
- Support the delivery of IT enhancements, program changes and industry related changes
- Supporting a global target operating model
- Forging operational relationships across the shared services team in support of Prime Finance
- Daily support for Prime clients during the full Trade Lifecycle across both PB Cash and SWAP
- Review reconciliations, pre-matching reports, ad-hoc client reports and back office reports in support of Prime Cash and Prime SWAP business
- Escalating irregularities and non-standard practices to the supervisor and/or Prime Finance Operations N.Y.
- The role will be required to continuously monitor prime activity
- Contribute to the Global Support model for Prime Clients
- Support adoption of dynamic data metrics to create Client Efficiency, Team Productivity and Capacity Analysis methodologies
- Realize straight through processing opportunities to achieve the wider effort of reducing costs of in Operations
Skills
- Strong communication skills that enable successful interfaces with client service reps, N.Y operations management and global support staff
- Ideally the role will be filled by an individual with equity or SWAP middle office experience
- Prime support experience a plus
