Billing Specialist
Teletrac Navman
This role will be responsible for managing incoming billing queries related to accurate invoicing, and complete contract pay-off summaries. Update customer's contracts, billing plans, PO’s on sales orders and other contract details, handle and process churn. General maintenance of customer master records and maintain high standards and timely communication with cross-functional teams. Additionally, this is role will support all regions including (Australia, Mexico, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States).
Key Responsibilities.
- Process customer churn requests.
- Complete customers pay-off requests/contract summaries.
- Compile and coordinate customer credit memos in line with appropriate approval pathways.
- Manage, update and maintain customer billing contracts.
- Manage and complete customer manual billing documentation and associated supporting data.
- Manage and process support cases in relation to customer billing, providing case resolution and support to both internal and external customers within agreed timeframes.
- Promote Vision, Mission, and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) set by Global Billing management.
- Support in the production of Weekly/Monthly/KPI reports.
- Work closely with various teams (CSS, AR, Sales Admin) to deliver a quick and efficient service.
- Maintain knowledge and be aware of best practices in own discipline.
- Engage with key stakeholders and customers to understand their level of satisfaction and ensure it’s kept at a high level.
- Actively assist colleagues to drive outstanding results for the business and customer.
- Maintain positive relations between colleagues and communicate project information to the team. Work with others in an open and collaborative manner.
- Actively and engage in team discussions, helping provide ideas and solutions.
- Be proactive in problem-solving for customers while having the ability to pull information from a variety of sources.
WHO YOU ARE (Qualifications)
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Experience in working with SAP is a plus.
- Experience of working with Salesforce CRM would be an advantage.
- Passionate in customer service and relationship building.
- Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
- Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to take ownership, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships.
- Working knowledge of GPS & fleet management technology is a plus, but not necessary.
- Establishes a course of action for self to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively, rigorously, manages times and resources effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Creative in the approach to problem-solving, quickly convert ideas into action.
- Uses good judgment and achieves value-adding solutions when tasked with overcoming issues.
