Play a key role in ensuring revenue accuracy and delivering seamless financial support for global Air Logistics operations.

How you create impact

• Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial data quality across Air Logistics operations.
• Support month-end closing activities and resolve billing and CASS disputes efficiently.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Care, Sales, and Finance to identify revenue discrepancies and implement process improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives to optimize billing, invoicing, and revenue care processes.
• Help maintain high service standards by ensuring invoices and financial documentation are processed accurately and on time.

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial or freight forwarding systems is a plus.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams.
