The Opportunity: IT Analyst

As an IT Analyst, you will manage and maintain the operation of Information Technology services by providing specialized support, analysis, and technological solutions that ensure stability, security, and productivity of corporate operations at regional and global levels.


What We Are Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatics, Software Development, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Information Technology, including application support, software development, systems integration, or business technology solutions.
  • Experience with programming, database management, advanced SQL, data analysis, reporting tools, dashboards, and KPI visualization.
  • Knowledge of RESTful services, APIs, third-party system integrations, troubleshooting, testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to provide technical and functional user support, analyze requirements, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical certifications or specialized training in programming, SQL, data analysis, IT service management, or related technologies are desirable
  • Advanced English level C1/C2 required. Ability to communicate with global teams, participate in regional and international meetings, prepare technical documentation, and manage support activities in English.

Technical & Professional Skills

  • Analyze business and technical requirements to design practical, scalable, and user-focused IT solutions.
  • Provide effective application and user support, ensuring timely incident resolution and service continuity.
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain applications, integrations, reports, and dashboards aligned with business needs.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making, performance tracking, and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to implement technology initiatives and support cross-functional projects.
  • Document solutions, processes, and technical procedures clearly to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
  • Promote continuous improvement, automation, and secure technology practices across IT services and business applications.

Knowledge in:

  • IT support operations, ticketing tools, SLAs, backups, updates, preventive maintenance, ITSM tools, ITIL methodology, and service management best practices.
  • Windows/Linux environments, Active Directory, networks, connectivity, telecommunications, infrastructure monitoring, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
  • Programming languages, web technologies, frameworks, and integration concepts, including Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and web services
  • Relational and NoSQL databases, data management, ETL concepts, reporting tools, Business Intelligence, Tableau, dashboards, and KPI visualization.
  • Development of lifecycle tools and platforms, including Git, GitHub/GitLab, unit testing, CI/CD, Docker, cloud services, ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics.
  • Information security, application security, access control, secure information management, Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, and continuous improvement practices.
