Job Description: Description

The Expansion Project PMO is responsible for leading and coordinating facility, equipment, and production expansion projects from concept through implementation. This role manages project feasibility, layout design, scheduling, stakeholder alignment, CAPEX-related activities, and project governance to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. The position serves as the primary liaison between Industrial Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical and operational feasibility analyses for expansion project requests.
• Develop and validate equipment, production, and facility layouts to optimize space utilization, material flow, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Lead and coordinate expansion projects from initiation through commissioning and production handoff.
• Develop project schedules, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure execution according to approved timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Industrial Engineering, Facilities, Procurement, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, and Safety teams.
• Support project approval workflows, governance reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain project tracking, layouts, approvals, documentation, and records in accordance with company retention requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to leadership and project sponsors.

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing manufacturing, facility, equipment installation, or expansion projects.
• Working knowledge of project management tools, scheduling, layout development, and cross-functional coordination.
