How you create impact

• Coordinate international air freight shipments accurately and on time, ensuring customer transit time requirements are met.
• Execute bookings with carriers, partners, and gateways while preparing all required shipping documentation.
• Monitor shipments proactively, manage operational deviations, and maintain accurate shipment visibility and financial data in internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, warehouses, customs teams, carriers, and suppliers to ensure seamless shipment execution.
• Optimize costs while maintaining service quality and contributing to process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Support the successful implementation of new customer accounts by ensuring a smooth transition from Sales to Operations.

What we would like you to bring

• 0–2 years of experience in Air Logistics or Freight Forwarding.
• Educational background in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or a related field.
• Intermediate English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of air freight operations and transportation regulations.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, service-oriented attitude.
• High attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
