Your Role

As a Product Analyst specializing in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Solutions, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing scalable data platforms that drive business value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative data solutions while establishing best practices and architectural standards across enterprise environments.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines and cloud-based data warehouse solutions using technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, Python, and Matillion (or similar ELT/ETL tools).
• Define data architecture standards, reference frameworks, and scalable design patterns within Snowflake environments.
• Support the migration of legacy data systems to modern cloud-based platforms.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and validation processes are embedded throughout the data lifecycle.
• Partner with business stakeholders and senior leaders to align data initiatives with strategic objectives.
• Mentor and support team members while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Agile delivery teams and participate in planning, prioritization, and solution design activities.

Your Profile

• Strong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise data warehouse and cloud data solutions using Snowflake and modern data engineering technologies.
• Proven ability to develop scalable data pipelines leveraging SQL, Python, dbt, and ETL/ELT platforms such as Matillion.
• Experience defining data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices that improve data quality and platform performance.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, Agile delivery practices, and mentoring team members in a fast-paced technology environment.

The Scrum Master ensures that the Scrum teamâ€ÂÂs primary focus is on delivering value effectively. To achieve this, the team embodies the Agile values and principles, exhibits Agile behaviors and follows the events, artifacts, roles and good practices of Scrum and other frameworks as they are applicable to their situation. They are a Servant Leader, guiding, coaching and teaching team members. They are conversant in the purpose and the logic of the product/service, its architecture, and the technologies that the team uses.As a change agent, they are responsible to lead the organization in implementing Scrum through training, coaching, and advising. A primary focus here is helping the organization adopt an empirical approach. They facilitate interactions between stakeholders and the Scrum team to foster openness, respect, and learning.As with any leading role, Scrum Masters are representatives of Capgemini.
