Job Description

Department in charge of developing solutions related to warehousing and Copacking services, through active participation from analysis, design and implementation. Regional team (LATAM) with global support and networking.

Requierements

2+ years in a supervision position or 1 + year as Manager • Experience in logistics, consulting, distribution and supply chain • Advanced English • MS Office tools proficiency is mandatory • Team work • Proactive • Communication effectiveness • Visibility • Innovative

Responsabilities

Work stream leader for new business and organizational growth, managing critical path tasks, risks, issues, assumptions and mitigations. • Lead and validate warehousing solutions providing value added through a specific methodology, analytic tools and know how related a specific sector (consumer, retail, pharma, auto, technology, etc.) • Ensure customer projects, activities, plans and processes are aligned to meet customer’s expected deadlines including key deliverables (data analysis, designed solutions & proposals) with required quality. • Interact and engage staff areas (HR, Finance, Operations, Business development, IT, Transportation, among others) to obtain valuable information to develop the best solution design. • Maintains collaborative relationships with customers to understand their priorities, requirements and proposals validations • Develop solution proposal document for the customer and create consultative selling presentations for internal and external for high level management. Participation and follow up to awarded projects during the startup process until go live
