Executive-Key Account Sales

The RM is the main responsible for the customer loyalty and represents the American Express spirit of outstanding service and customer care.

The RM core role is based on the successful management & growth of the relationship with a portfolio of High Value Centurion customers, by being the single point of contact handling all their Travel & Lifestyle requirements.

The RM must proactively maintain regular contact with his/her customers and use detailed knowledge of their lifestyle preferences to offer relevant Centurion value added propositions. He/she must also significantly contribute to revenue optimization and brand loyalty by proactively building customer engagement through an outstanding service.
