Essential Job functions (Tasks, duties and responsibilities most important to get the JOb done)Manage the inventory that exists in the DC identifying the quantity and existing season for each sales channel and customerHave a weekly control of movements and inventory status in the DCGenerate weekly reports with inventory status in the DC by channel and customerCheck with the Supply Chain area the transit of the product to report the styles that are coming and the arrival datesPrepare reports of the merchandise that arrived in the DC and notify the missing and surplus merchandiseProvide information of the inventory status in the DC to DTC and Wholesale planners so that they can check that the shipment of merchandise to stores and customers is being executed according to the commercial planProvide the status of the inventory what was purchased vs. what actually arrived in the DC by sales channelAutomate the inventory reporting processATS and PSP/P&H reportsSUPERVISORY / BUDGETARY / EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITYsecondary functions (IF APPLICABLE - ANY DUTIES NOT CONSIDERED ESSENTIAL)knowledge, skill and ability requirements (minimum competencies required for job performance)Advanced Excel levelIntermediate Macro ProgrammingAnalytical thinkingGood approach to detailGood verbal and written communicationprior work experience and educational requirementsCollege Degree (Industrial Engineering, Actuary, Mathematical, Accountant)1 year of experience desirable but not necessary PHYSICAL DEMANDSNOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
