<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p>1. Scheduling and Planning<br />• Develop, maintain, and optimize preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment criticality, regulatory requirements, and manufacturer recommendations.<br />• Generate detailed work orders for corrective maintenance, specifying procedures, required tools, and spare parts.<br />• Prioritize maintenance tasks according to urgency, cost, and impact on production and equipment reliability.<br />• Allocate tasks effectively to technicians considering skills, availability, and workload balancing.<br />2. Data Analysis and Reporting<br />• Monitor equipment performance through maintenance and calibration records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.<br />• Analyze historical and real-time data to identify trends, potential failures, and areas for improvement.<br />• Assign improvement projects or targeted maintenance actions to supervisors and technicians based on data insights, ensuring accountability and follow-up.<br />• Generate reports on maintenance costs, downtime, asset performance, and reliability metrics.<br />• Apply problem-solving methodologies such as A3, PDCA, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone), and 8D, and initiate CAPA to address root causes and implement corrective or preventive actions.<br />3. Equipment and Asset Management<br />• Maintain accurate asset registers and documentation, including calibration status and maintenance history.<br />• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, or modifications based on performance data and lifecycle analysis.<br />• Ensure proper tracking of critical spare parts and consumables to support uninterrupted operations.<br />4. Collaboration and Communication<br />• Work closely with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and calibration specialists to ensure smooth execution of all maintenance activities.<br />• Coordinate with operations and quality teams to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to production.<br />• Communicate maintenance plans, updates, and progress to stakeholders and management.<br />5. Cost and Resource Management<br />• Estimate and track costs for maintenance tasks, including labor, parts, and external services.<br />• Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization and reduce maintenance expenditures.<br />• Support budgeting and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with maintenance priorities and operational needs.<br />• Generate electronic requisition (eReqs) for spare parts, consumables, and other maintenance materials, ensuring timely replenishment.<br />• Follow up with the MRO department to confirm order status, delivery, and proper receipt of items.<br />6. Documentation, Standardization, and Technical Support<br />• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for maintenance, calibration, and LOTO activities.<br />• Create visual aids, job instructions, and checklists to support technicians and supervisors in performing tasks consistently and safely.<br />• Ensure that all documentation is aligned with regulatory and quality requirements, and readily available for audits, training, and operational reference.<br />• Support the training and onboarding of maintenance personnel using standardized procedures and visual guides.<br />MKOS<br />• Participate in the TPM implementation system<br />• Provide support to the MKOs TPM system</p><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left">Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
