POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaders and employees of Global, providing strategic people-related guidance. Ensure strong alignment between business objectives and HR strategies by translating business needs into actionable, value-driven people solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, with the ability to understand and influence business strategy and outcomes, while enhancing leader effectiveness and addressing business challenges

Role & Responsabilities

  • Partner & influence teams to drive business results that optimize talent, structure, process and culture.
  • Provide advice and counsel internal customers (managers, coordinators and employees) on all human capital issues to ensure fair and consistent treatment)
  • Provide strategic and operational HR consulting across core initiatives, including performance management, talent review and succession planning, total rewards, workforce planning, organizational design, labor relations, and payroll.
  • Collaborate with employees, coordinators and managers on everyday issues.
  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to leaders on people management, leadership effectiveness, and talent development.
  • Follow the HR strategies and solutions designed to increase departmental performance and efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies to satisfy legal requirements, cost containment and work environments.
  • Use HR analytics tools to provide data to business partners including but not limited to headcount, absenteeism and turnover.
  • Promote business ethics and core values in all efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the development of a good social climate.
  • Follow BRP values and behaviors
  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
  • Enforce Quality BRP policy

Technical Skills

  • General knowledge of HR processes (compensation, labor relations, talent management, talent acquisition)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor: Business administration, Psychologist or similar
  • Experience at least 5 years experience in Human Resources
