Raw Material Planner

What You’ll Do

• Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.
• Ensure raw material availability to meet customer´s requirements.
• Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.
• Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report, past due RANs, critical components, top ten high inventory value components).
• Communicate issues to Production Control teams.
• Meet Autoliv Standards
• Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.
• Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP, Inventory turns).
• Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.
• Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers.
  
  

What Is Required

• Bachelor’s Degree ( Business or Industrial Engineering)
• 2+ years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry
• Advanced English skills
• Supply chain (planning and inventory management)
• Project management
• Negotiation
• JDE (CPLAN)
