Billing Specialist Jr

Billing Specialists are responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate generation

and submission of invoices for all customer jobs, supporting the efficiency and

success of the company ́s’ regional operations departments. The key function of this

position is to take the prepared data, generate invoices, submit them to clients, and

follow up on payments. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and

helping to resolve billing issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Takes the prepared data and generates invoices, ensuring all completed
  
  

service orders are accurately reflected.

• Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments to ensure timely
  
  

collection. Handles billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve

disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Analyzes and reviews service details, pricing, and required documentation to
  
  

ensure invoices are correct before submission.

• Collaborates with the Accounts Receivable department to verify payment
  
  

methods and ensure efficient collection.

• Maintains organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with
  
  

accurate billing information.

• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Compensations

• $25,000 Base Gross Monthly Salary
• $1,000 Food Stamps
