Sr. Human Resources Generalist

This position reports to the HR Manager and is part of the Human Resources team located in Tijuana and will be an on-site role.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Advise and act as a strategic partner to leaders and employees, influencing key talent and organizational decisions through the consistent application of HR policies, employee experience initiatives, and organizational compliance.
• Design and drive Human Resources initiatives aligned with site priorities, translating business strategy into actions that enhance culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead the end-to-end talent management process (performance management, development, succession planning, and organizational reviews), identifying risks and opportunities to strengthen organizational capabilities and ensure business continuity.
• Analyze and participate in compensation programs (salary surveys, benchmarking, and job evaluations), providing recommendations that support competitive and equitable decisions aligned with market trends and organizational strategy.
• Proactively manage employee relations, performance, and organizational climate, anticipating risks and implementing sustainable solutions that strengthen culture and employee engagement.
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generalist Human Resources roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor legislation, including the Federal Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and related compliance requirements.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with objectivity, empathy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced English proficiency.
  
  

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements

• U.S. Tourist travel visa preferred.
  
  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience using TRESS and Workday systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing compliance standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CTPAT.
