- Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
- Support the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of the data used for analysis
- Other job duties as assigned based on focus of the role
- Ensure access to clean, reliable data for analysis, provide feedback on data quality and improvement/solution recommendations as needed.
- Understand business needs and tailor analysis to support decisions.
- Align on priorities, methodologies, and deliverables with broader analytics team.
- GIAD Data Integration & BI Teams
- GIAD Business Analytics Teams
- Business Stakeholders (Manager Level)
Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills And Knowledge
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, preferred or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Experience:
2–5 years experience in a relevant role or field
Technical Skills and Knowledge
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- SQL (non negotiable)
- Python (nice to have)
- Accuracy and completeness of datasets used in analysis
- Timeliness of ad hoc reporting and insights delivery
- Quality and clarity of analysis presented to stakeholders
- Contribution to analytics projects and deliverables
- Reduction in manual reporting through automation or process improvement

- Analytics dataset creation
- Ad hoc analysis on large datasets
- Ad hoc report production
- Process documentation
- Analytics projects & deliverables
- Business decisions and strategies
- Report design & production
- Data & toolset requirements
