Position Summary

We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team in Mexico—someone analytical, highly organized, and ready to make an impact through effective production planning, inventory control, and cross-functional coordination.

The Production Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling production, ensuring material availability, managing inventory priorities, and supporting operational performance through strong use of MRP/MPS, Kanban, and JDE/ERP systems.

This role is key to ensuring customer requirements are met while supporting Parker’s culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results-driven execution.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule production for finished goods, raw materials, and components.
  • Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability and operational continuity.
  • Execute production planning processes using MRP, MPS, and Master Production Plan tools.
  • Prepare monthly production plans within the first three business days of the month.
  • Manage and follow up on Kanban loops.
  • Create, track, and close production orders in JDEdwards / ERP systems.
  • Coordinate with supply, operations, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
  • Follow up on requirements from internal customers and other Parker divisions.
  • Support a high-performance, continuous improvement-oriented work environment.
