The Production Planning Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating production planning and scheduling activities to ensure the timely fulfillment of customer requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Balance customer demand with inventory levels and production capacity.
• Develop efficient production plans based on available resources.
• Optimize inventory levels to support customer requirements and production needs.
• Coordinate resources and capacity to minimize production disruptions.
• Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations through effective planning.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience in demand, capacity, and inventory analysis.
• ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Organized, analytical, and results-driven professional with solid experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management, and manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
