HR Generalist - Fulfillment (Monterrey)

Role Description

The HR Generalist – Fulfillment will oversee the day-to-day execution of Human Resources processes within our Fulfillment operation. This role is responsible for supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR administration while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, people-oriented, and capable of balancing operational execution with continuous process improvement.

Role Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative Fulfillment positions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
• Partner with operations leaders to address employee relations matters and provide HR guidance.
• Monitor employee performance, probation periods, attendance, and disciplinary processes.
• Execute engagement, recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate training programs and support learning and development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports related to turnover, absenteeism, hiring, and employee engagement.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient HR operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting recruitment and employee relations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Communication Skills

Preferred Skills

• AI knowledge
• Valid driver's license.
• Work experience preferably within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments.
• Experience working with HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced English is preferred.
