Job Description

Principal Activities

Coordinate all Import/ Export Operations Internal & External.
Management of the Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30
Imports and Exports. (Raw material, Machinery and equipment, MRO’S, Chemicals, Finished goods, Reworks)
Invoicing
Day to day management of customs activities related to the implemented programs (Seals, plates, etc)
Shipping Data Processing
Customs documents audit and validation.
Maintenance and enhancement of processes and procedures on operations activities.
Training of customs related operational personnel.
Day to day management of multiple customs optimization programs.
Responsible for customs auditing
Coordination of regulatory compliance in customs with other internal responsible parties
Supervise work of assistants/clerks/coordinators.
Ensure the quality (accuracy, completeness) of customs data.
Support the efforts of the compliance area
Customs Brokers Coordination
Assets management layouts ICS.
Staff administration
