Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manage Go-To-Market fragrance projects and support the implementation of innovative fragrance development strategies.
• Connect market, customer and consumer insights to identify and recommend competitive fragrance solutions that drive business growth.
• Collaborate with Perfumery, Technical, Consumer Insights and Marketing teams to develop new fragrance concepts, solutions and capabilities.
• Develop creative strategies aligned with Holistic Scent Design principles.
• Define consumer learning objectives and leverage insights to build winning, consumer-relevant fragrance solutions.
• Guide the execution of olfactive strategies by providing creative direction and olfactive recommendations to perfumers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, earning trust through collaboration and effective communication.
• Monitor market developments, competitive activity and emerging trends, actively sharing knowledge across the organization.
• Support the development of innovative fragrance themes, technologies and consumer-centric solutions.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Perfumery, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research, Science or a related discipline.
• Strong olfactive communication skills, including fragrance discrimination, odor memory and descriptive association capabilities.
• Ability to identify and recommend fragrance or technology solutions based on market and consumer relevance.
• Solid understanding of consumer behaviors, preferences and market trends.
• Knowledge of fragrance ingredients and fragrance technologies to facilitate collaboration with technical teams and perfumers.
• Basic understanding of fragrance formulations and the ability to assess potential stability considerations.
• Strong project management skills with a structured, organized and process-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multifunctional and multicultural teams.
