SMT Specialist

The SMT Specialist will operate the SMT equipment: Pick and Place machines, solder paste inspection machine, solder printer machine and Reflow Ovens. You will also follows up on the daily production plan and provides a daily report to the full SMT staff.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the production plan follow up.
• Responsible for the SMT equipment operation.
• Responsible for the SMT equipment preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for following the SMT process controls.
• Perform the Feeders preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Fix the common equipment failures.
• SMT knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Siemens siplace serie-D (indespensable) ,Dek printer machine , Ko young SPI and Vitronic Reflow Oven Operation.
• Knowledge of the Moisture Sensitive Devices Handling.
• Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge) knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria Class 3.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Technical degree in electronics or a related field.
• 3 years or more experience on the SMT process.
• SMT knowledge.
• Knowledge of the Siemens siplace serie-D (indespensable) ,Dek printer machine , Ko young SPI and Vitronic Reflow Oven Operation.
• Knowledge of the Moisture Sensitive Devices Handling.
• Knowledge of the ESD to the components (Electrostatic Discharge). knowledge on the IPC-610 Criteria Class 3.
