Position Summary

Parker Hannifin is looking for a Process Engineer Leader to join our team in Toluca, Estado de México. In this role, you will lead engineering project teams and serve as a key technical leader for manufacturing process development, new product introduction, and process improvement initiatives. You will play an important role in driving productivity, quality, consistency, and operational excellence while supporting strategic growth projects

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering projects from scope definition through execution and delivery.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for new and core products.
• Support new product introduction and transfer projects.
• Coordinate resources, milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase yield, productivity, and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, customers, and technology partners.
• Track and deliver innovation and continuous improvement projects.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing, project execution, or engineering environments.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience with design and drawing interpretation, manufacturing transfers, and process improvement.
• Business/Technical English proficiency.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid approaches.
• Experience with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Asana, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
• PMP, Yellow Belt, or Black Belt certification is desirable.
