Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and productivity
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing manufacturing and operational data
- Support the creation and updating of reports, presentations, and process documentation
- Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis activities
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams on assigned projects
- Assist in monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying improvement opportunities
- Support the standardization and documentation of manufacturing processes
- Participate in plant observations and improvement activities to enhance operational performance
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing environment
- Active student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field
- Availability to work part-time, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Interest in manufacturing operations, process engineering, and continuous improvement
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency is a plus
- Experience participating in academic projects related to operations, manufacturing, or process improvement
- Strong curiosity and interest in industrial processes and engineering projects
- Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a dynamic environment
- Gain practical experience within a global manufacturing organization
