¿Cuál es el propósito del puesto?

La persona en esta posición será responsable de supervisar la operación diaria de seguridad en sitio, asegurando un ambiente seguro para colaboradores, visitantes e instalaciones. Además, liderará al equipo de seguridad, apoyará investigaciones, impulsará mejoras continuas en los procesos y trabajará de forma cercana con líderes internos y socios externos para mitigar riesgos y fortalecer los estándares de seguridad.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervisar al personal de seguridad en sitio, incluyendo desempeño, capacitación y seguimiento operativo diario
• Mantener una relación cercana con el proveedor de seguridad y con los líderes de la planta para asegurar una cobertura efectiva y el cumplimiento de expectativas
• Implementar políticas, procedimientos y acciones de concientización en seguridad para fortalecer la cultura y los estándares del sitio
• Apoyar investigaciones, evaluaciones de riesgo y proyectos del sitio, asegurando el cumplimiento de programas y tecnologías de seguridad
  
  

Experiences/Education - Required

• Más 3 a 5 años de experiencia en seguridad o en posiciones de liderazgo
• Experiencia previa supervisando equipos o coordinando operaciones de seguridad
• Buen juicio, capacidad para tomar decisiones sólidas y alto sentido de integridad y confidencialidad
• Habilidades efectivas de comunicación verbal y escrita, así como facilidad para relacionarse con distintos niveles de la organización
• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente, manejar múltiples prioridades y brindar dirección al equipo
• Actitud positiva, iniciativa y fuerte orientación a resultados
• Inglés deseable
