Job Description

Coordinate define and execute the digitization, i4.0 and artificial intelligence roadmap for Queretaro Plant

Design applications/software to show potential improvements to cost, quality, safety, delivery, and productivity, or to solve pain points and reduce waste in the value stream.

Align with Vehicle Motion coordinators to standardize the solutions and coordinate the global tasks locally.

Maintain and evaluate the applications/software according to the BOSCH Central Directives and the purpose of the solution.

Qualifications

  • Intermediate knowledge and experience about i4.0 tools and IoT, and a desire to continually advance the learning in that area.
  • Basic knowledge about databases.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Bosch structure and Bosch Production System.
  • Self-motivated, independent, analytic, creative, enthusiastic and fast responder.
  • Open minded and able to work with all levels in the organization.
  • Able to lead change and resolve conflicts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT Engineer , Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related area
  • +2 years of manufacturing IT engineering or i4.0 application development
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled to work in front of groups: moderation and instruction.
  • Creative but able to adapt ideas to based/standard projects.
