At FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands we are looking for a Commercial Analyst for our home market. As a commercial analyst you act as finance business partners for multiple sales/business teams. Your main responsibilities will be to provide strategic insights and financial analyses and to drive the execution for our sales/brand teams.
You will be working closely, but not limited to, the brand/sales team(s). They need to see you as the financial guide to make the right decisions. You’ll also challenge them based on your own analysis. Besides this you are an advisor to the CD NL management team. You are closely involved in the monthly business reviews and manage and improve the management reporting (part of the month end close process) to create good business insights and manage/steer our performance. The geographical scope of this role covers our home market, the Netherlands.

University level and 3 years’ experience in B2C-marketing environment
You are pro-active, genuinely interested and take responsibility for your work and are continuously looking for new opportunities to make a change.
You have experience in sales controlling
You are commercially focused and are able to act with speed and decisiveness to achieve the best results
You are a challenging business partner that can get the most out of a multi-disciplinary team
You have the capability to challenge commercial assumptions and to address deviations from plan, driving corrective actions
You have very strong analytical and financial skills, and have knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and SAP
You are familiar and have experience with the Dutch retail landscape
Manage and analyze full customer/brands P&Ls and performance
Various reporting tasks relating month-end close and outlook
Prepare business cases
Understand how milk impacts our profitability
Manage the budget process
Understand what is driving results
Contribute to strategy and 12Q plan
