Job Description:

• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow APM(Application Portfolio Management) and its best practices
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Consulting.
• Having good experience as a Business analyst.
• Experience in Data cleansing, Data mapping and Application Architecture.
• Experience in integration with 3rd Party tools using Web Services, SOAP, DB Connector, Plug-ins etc.,
• Experience in frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience in building scalable solutions.
• Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL); ServiceNow Platform/Scripting/APIs/Service Portal/Applications
• Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Prior experience working with business team using structured methodologies for gathering business requirements, business processes, etc.,
• Prior experience working with various partner teams on defining framework and standards.
• Working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services
